Next Steps
Here at Grace, we desire to help you take the next steps in your journey with Christ. After reading the following information, fill out the form below and we'll be in touch.
Accept Jesus
Baptism
Accepting Jesus is about so much more than just saying the "right words" or prayer to be guaranteed a spot in heaven. It's about your heart surrendering to God and His will for your life. He desires for you to know Him and to be transformed by His love and truth. You are acknowledging Jesus as your Savior and making a commitment to follow Him.
Child Dedication
Dedicating children to the Lord is acknowledging that they are God's children first. It is yielding to His will for their lives rather than your own. When you dedicate your child, you will be publicly committing to raise him/her in a way that honors God.
Baptism is a step of obedience after accepting Jesus. It is a public declaration and celebration of new life in Christ. Through baptism we identify with Jesus' death, burial, and resurrection. Just as Jesus died and was buried, so we go under the water. Just as He was raised alive, so we also come out of the water into new life.
Freedom Journey
Are you struggling with unhealed emotional hurts? Jesus died to heal the brokenhearted and to set the captives free (Isaiah 61:1). Jesus touches and frees us in the places of our deepest suffering- that of the heart, the mind, and the inner core of our being. If you're longing for the abundant life Jesus promises, our Freedom Team would love to help you on this journey.
Discover Your Spiritual Gift(s)
God has given each of His followers one or more spiritual gifts to serve His Church body (See 1 Peter: Part 9 teaching). We have found the following online resource to be helpful if you would like to begin the journey of discovering your gift(s): Gifts Test (Paper copies are also available in the church lobby). Once you have your results, share them with us below and someone will reach out to you. It's important to note that the test only serves as an indicator rather than a final say of what your gift(s) are.
Serve
Serving is a vital part of our church community. God has given each of us unique gifts and abilities, and there are many different ways to serve. We are happy to provide you with more information about opportunities to get involved at Grace.
